I am very happy that we got the Rescue Hospital for my son's 2nd birthday. It is a relatively inexpensive Thomas building for what you get - a building, some track, and two characters - the ambulance and Harold the Helicopter.
Most of the pictures of the Rescue Hospital on other websites show the piece of track right next to the hospital so it looks like it is attached. The reality is that the track sits next to hospital only if you put it there. I tried to include some pictures below to clarify what the rescue hospital looks like without the track next to it.
Another cool feature of the rescue hospital is that when Harold lands on top of the "H" the doors open and the ambulance shoots out.
