Usually I try to review individuals toys separately, but in the case of a dollhouse, most people do not buy just the house, or just the furniture, or just the dolls, so I am going to combine my review of the Plan Toys Doll house, Plan Toys Doll Family, and Plan Toys Dollhouse Furniture into one review since that is how they are usually played with, together.

Plan Toys Doll house- This is an AWESOME doll house.  It is a high quality doll house made of wood.  My daughter really enjoys playing with it almost daily.  It is big enough that several of her friends can play with the doll house at the same time without being crowded.  I also like it because I feel like it is a nice addition to our house because it isn't plastic and/or pink and combines very nicely with the other Plan Toys sets like the  Plan Toys Airport, Plan Toys Fire Station or Plan Toys Garage.

My only suggestion for how to improve on the Plan Toys Doll house is to raise it up by putting it on a table.  Ours fits on the Ikea Svala table perfectly, but any small table would work.  This way it is a little bit easier for the children to see into the dollhouse.

Plan Toys Doll Family - Plan Toys offers a few different Doll Families to choose from, we chose the Modern Family because they happen to resemble us, but I think it is awesome that they offer different ethnicities to choose from.  I like these dolls because they match the set and fit of the furniture, but they are not of the highest quality.  Bits of their clothes and hair have been falling off since day one, and part of me wishes that they were easier to dress/undress and that there were options for buying them additional clothes to wear.  But overall, the only complaints are mine, my daughter really enjoys them, and even brings them to bed so she can sleep with them sometimes.

Plan Toys DollHouse Modern Furniture Set - Plan Toys offers several different furniture sets, but we bought the Modern Furniture Set to start off with because it offered furniture for a variety of rooms.  We are very happy with this one.  The quality is superb and looks fantastic in the doll house (and your house).  I have caught my daughter standing on the bunk bed and it hasn't broken. 

The Plan Toys Doll house set has been a great addition to my children's toy lineup.  I hope your family will enjoy it too!
